CHECK VALVES
Improves fuel system reliability on dual-fuel turbine engines. JASC’s high-flow, zero-leak Liquid Fuel Check Valve is designed to operate with fluids including Stoddard solvent, jet fuels, hydraulic oil, synthetic oil, and air.
This product is a modified version of our Liquid Fuel Check Valve that incorporates active cooling of the check valve’s internals, with no changes to fuel lines necessary.
JASC has manufactured and shipped over 50,000 Purge Air Check Valves for use on heavy-duty gas turbine engines used in power generation.
JASC Purge Air Check valve is engineered for continuous operation at temperatures above 400°F and pressures up to 1,200 PSIG. The valve supports a wide range of fluids and performs in the most demanding environments. Its contamination-tolerant, chatter-resistant design features a unique toggle-action mechanism that ensures positive operation, minimizes wear, and delivers an ANSI Class 6 zero-leak seal.
JASC's Water Injection Check Valve provides stable operation and can be operated continuously. It has high-temperature seals (Class 6 seal) that provide long-life sealing capability when the valve is not flowing water.
JASC’s redesigned F-Class water injection check valve now incorporates a metal-to-metal seat. This technology is well suited for use in systems which utilize liquid fuel and water purge.
THREE-WAY PURGE VALVES
JASC developed the Three-Way Purge Valve to replace problematic liquid fuel and purge air check valves on dual fuel industrial gas turbine engines.
JASC’s redesigned F-Class water injection check valve now incorporates a metal-to-metal seat. This technology is well suited for use in systems which utilize liquid fuel and water purge.
SUPPORTING COMPONENTS & SERVICE
JASC’s Copper Crush Gaskets eliminate leaks associated with high-temperature O-ring degradation. Rated for temperatures in excess of 700°F and pressures up to 2000 PSI. Multiple make-and-break capability provides years of leak-free service. Standard sizes are available.
JASC’s Copper Crush gasket Positional Tee was developed to provide zero leakage in a high-temperature, fuel-compatible environment between the liquid fuel and purge air check valve housings.
JASC’s Tube Adapter Tee is developed for a standard fuel nozzle to provide zero leakage in a high-temperature, fuel-compatible environment between the fuel and purge air housings. Tested to ensure reliable operation with bubble-tight leakage that exceeds the requirements specified by ANSI Class VI.
The JASC Heatsink Clamp is designed to move heat away from idle liquid fuel lines by utilizing the adjacent coolant lines while the turbine is running on gaseous fuel.
